Prime Choice will refund or replace any defective or non-defective auto parts during returns. However, they reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 15% of the order for returns.
All returns require prior approval, please contact us either by phone or on-line to receive your returns approval prior to shipping the returns item(s)

ON-LINE: Login to “My Account” on the Prime Choice website and click the “trouble ticket” link located in the upper left of the page. Under “create new ticket” select the appropriate “reason”, enter your order number from your original receipt and then click “create ticket”. A new text box will appear where you can enter details about your returns request. Click “Submit” to send your returns information
EMAIL: Send an email returns request to [email protected] complete with “Order Number. (To find your “Order Number” log in to your account – your active Order Numbers are listed at the bottom of the page). Please note “reason for return” within body of email.
Once you have submitted your returns request a Returns specialist will call you or email you within 48 hours (allow additional time for weekends and holidays) and you will then receive approval and instructions on how to return your item(s).
Shipments received without proper returns approval and the order number clearly posted on the outside of the box will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
Prime Choice is not responsible for items returned without proper returns information (customer’s name, address and order number) on or in the box.

Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return auto parts that:
- Are in their original packaging
- Have not been used, installed, or disassembled
- Are not damaged due to improper installation
- Do not having missing parts, hardware or instructions
We will issue a full refund for any returned auto parts when your returns meets the above requirements, less our 15% restocking fee. The cost of shipping (if any) will be credited only in those instances where the return is a result of our error or involves a defective auto part, all other situations require the customer to pay the cost of return shipping and a 15% restocking fee from the refund.
Once we have received your returned auto part(s), conducted an inspection of the returns, and verified that your returns meets the above guidelines, a full refund will be issued and all applicable sales taxes will be refunded. Again, the cost of shipping will be credited only in those instances that the return is a result of our error. Returned auto parts sent C.O.D. will not be accepted.
Prime Choice will not refund any labor costs incurred by you or the installer of the products purchased at this website. Furthermore, we are not responsible for towing expenses, or rental car expenses caused by the use of wrong or defective parts during installation.
From the Prime Choice website Login to “My Account” and click on the “Trouble Ticket” link located in the upper left of the page. Select “Received Damaged Product” from the drop box and include details in the “Notes” section. Please include your Order Number You will then be contacted by email with further instructions on filing your claim.
Cancellation of Sale
Please note, all orders are electronically processed and forwarded to the Auto Parts warehouse immediately upon confirmation of the order.
NO ORDERS CAN BE CANCELLED AFTER THE PAYMENT HAS BEEN CONFIRMED.
NOTE: You may be required to provide the VIN of the vehicle you ordered the parts for to validate a warranty claim or return authorization.
